Comment | The Axe-Txe pair in Enterococcus faecium and the homologous YefM-YoeB pair in Escherichia coli have been shown to act as an antitoxin-toxin pair. This HMM describes the toxin component. Nearly every example found is next to an identifiable antitoxin, as indicated by match to HMMs TIGR01552 and/or PF02604. |
