CommentThis HMM represents the transcriptional regulator PpsR which is strictly associated with photosynthetic proteobacteria and found in photosynthetic operons. PpsR has been reported to be a repressor [1]. These proteins contain a Helix-Turn_Helix motif of the "fis" type (PF02954).
