CommentThese proteins are found adjacent to a characteristic short, palidromic repeat cluster termed CRISPR, a probable mobile DNA element. This HMM represents the C-terminal domain of a minor family of CRISPR-associated protein from the Mtube subtype of CRISPR/Cas locus. The family is designated Csm2, for CRISPR/Cas Subtype Mtube Protein 2.
