CommentThis HMM represents a sister clade to the authenticated coenzyme F420-dependent N(5),N(10)-methenyltetrahydromethanopterin reductase (HMD) of TIGR01723. Two members, designated HmdII and HmdIII, are found. Members are restricted to methanogens, but the function is unknown.
