Closely related clades act on inosine and guanosine (PNPH, TIGR01700), and xanthosine, inosine and guanosine (XAPA, TIGR01699) neither of these will act on adenosine. A more distantly related clade (MTAP, TIGR01694) acts on methylthioadenosine. |
