Comment | This model represents Ffh (Fifty-Four Homolog), the protein component that forms the bacterial (and organellar) signal recognition particle together with a 4.5S RNA. Ffh is a GTPase homologous to eukaryotic SRP54 and also to the GTPase FtsY (TIGR00064) that is the receptor for the signal recognition particle. |
