CommentCXXC-~12X-CXXC and genetically seems a regulatory protein. In Hpylori, hypA mutant abolished hydrogenase activity and decrease in urease activity. Nickel supplementation in media restored urease activity and partial hydrogenase activity. HypA probably involved in inserting Ni in enzymes.
