CommentThis HMM represents a family of uncharacterized bacterial proteins. Members are present in nearly every complete bacterial genome, always in a single copy. PSI-BLAST analysis shows homology to several families of SAM-dependent methyltransferases, including ribosomal RNA adenine dimethylases.
