CommentLactoylglutathione lyase is also known as aldoketomutase and glyoxalase I. Glyoxylase I is a homodimer in many species. In some eukaryotes, including yeasts and plants, the orthologous protein carries a tandem duplication, is twice as long, and hits this HMM twice.
